”Watch Her Grow” is a passion project, an invitation to get an inside scoop on the things that I am learning as I create my small business, work on new projects, and chase around my very loud and curious toddler. I would like to share pieces of our lives with a short newsletter and a 5x7 print of a recent artwork. Over the next year, I will be trying many artistic experiments and business endeavors. I can’t wait to document this journey so that someday, my daughter can see how I grew as an artist, a business owner, and hopefully, as a person, at the same time as I watched HER grow.

I have spent an awful lot of time waiting for perfection, the right time, the right space, the correct conditions, and no matter the stage of life, many of us are learning that this “perfect time” is not coming. I have had career changes, artistic style changes, lost and gained family members, as well as embarking on that crazy ride that is motherhood. Through all of these changes, there is one thing I have noticed: the journey has been truly beautiful, and while at times it has been chaotic, it is still one worth sharing. We have built an incredible village around us with family and friends all across the country, and I would like to expand even more to share words of encouragement, offer some beauty, and maybe even contribute some ideas or funny stories to brighten up your day. If you'd like to know more, click the link below!
